I ordered a monster pizza for preorder for an 1st bday party and opted to bring my own turkey pepperoni. Which they gladly allowed. Not sure if the driver was the owner or just an employee but his reassurance for any issues I may have came across was great. Overall I would order her again and recommend. When I called, they were so professional, and the employee helped me get the huge pizza in my car. The owner is amazing, and the employees are SOOO nice!!!! “ I placed a delivery order tonight around 7:10pm. I ordered a special. 1/2 cheese 1/2 mushroom pizza, honey bbq wings and an Italian hoagie. Once I checked my food I seen that the delivery driver brought me the wrong order. (Cajun wings, sausage pizza, and steak hoagie.) I tried to call the establishment but they are now closed. Very unsatisfied. *UPDATE* The owner called me first thing the following morning off of his personal phone to apologize for the mix up with the orders. He was very respectful and offered me a free special for the mix up. I’ve ordered here before and the food I have received was very tasty. Although I did not receive the correct order this time, it was still pretty good. My daughter actually wasn’t upset at all. (She now like Cajun chicken) lol. I am changing my rating to a 5 star for the awesome customer service and great food. Thank you Fat Angelo’s. ”
